Why BMMA

Built on military discipline. Driven by purpose.

BMMA brings together more than 30 years of martial arts experience and a foundation of military discipline, respect and resilience. Founded by Lee Matthews, former Paratrooper and World Champion kickboxer, it has grown into a national network of schools developing confident students and strong instructors.

When you join as an instructor, you are stepping into a purpose-driven pathway: lead, teach and change lives in your community.

“Discipline isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, raising the standard, and bringing others with you.”
