We have four main types of class, to cater for all ages and abilities. Our Little Soldiers program, for ages 4–8 year olds, focuses on discipline, fitness and fun and is a great introduction to martial arts. Cadets, for 8–11 year olds, builds on all these aspects giving the children achievable goals to grow their confidence. Our Adults classes are suitable for ages 12 years and over, and are an excellent way to get fit in a fun and sociable environment. If you prefer to train with other women, our ladies only classes are an ideal way to exercise, learn self-defence and make some new friends!
The Little Soldiers classes are specially designed to introduce young children (4-7 years) to martial arts.
Cadets martial arts classes are designed for children aged between 8 and 11 years.
Our Ladies Only martial arts classes are designed for women aged 12 and over wanting to get fit, lose weight and make friends whilst building their confidence levels as they learn self-defence techniques.
Kickboxing and military style fitness classes. Lose weight, get fit, make friends and have fun. Our classes are for men and women of all ages and all shapes and sizes.
